Below you can find the general conditions for trading with MeenHost. We encourage you to read them thoroughly before making a purchase.


These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) apply to all products sold on (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) by MeenHost, which users thereof (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) may purchase.


The documents/products that are sold from the Website (hereinafter "Product") are dependent on the user's input and choice, which is why any errors in the user's input or choice are not the Company's responsibility. However, the user can always have an incorrect entry changed by contacting the Company.

Price & Payment

All prices on the website are in 3 different currencies EUR (€), USD ($) and Danish Kroner (DKK) and are inclusive of VAT for Products for private individuals, while Products for businesses are exclusive of VAT. When you complete a purchase on the Website, the amount will be deducted via the selected payment solution via the Website.

The website receives payments through Stripe and PayPal. The company pays the fee charged by the payment acquirer (those who mediate payment via credit card). The user himself pays any other fees that his own card issuer may charge in addition.

Product Changes

The company reserves the right to change the products or parts of them without notice, if this happens without functional disadvantage for the buyer.


When the Customer has completed a payment, the Customer will be created in the system and the setup of the purchased service will be set up.


The company is responsible for the operation of the purchased service and guarantees an uptime of 99%, this uptime percentage only applies if the company is to blame for the downtime.

Depending on the service purchased, the liability is different.

When purchasing managed services such as Managed Panel Node (hereinafter referred to as "MPN") or Game Servers, the Company is responsible for updating the server and the installed Panel as well as Control System updates, the company is not responsible for data loss of any kind.

When purchasing unmanaged services such as Virtual Private Server (hereinafter referred to as "VPS") or dedicated servers, the Company is responsible for the server being switched on, the Company is not responsible for data that should be on the server. The company is not responsible for data loss.

Return of services or products

When purchasing Game Servers, MPNs or VPSs, there is a free 30-day full right of return.

Complaint possibilities

Law and venue

Any dispute between the Company and the User must be settled according to Danish law with Sønderborg as the place of jurisdiction.
